1. The door leaf should be made of high-quality electrogalvanized steel plate, with a thickness not less than 0.8mm
2. Steel frames are installed inside the door leaf, and the steel frame plate thickness must not be less than 1.0mm
3. Hardware installations such as door leaf locks, hinges, and door closers are all equipped with reinforced screws with built-in screw holes, with a thickness of 2-3mm
4. The interior of the door leaf is filled with perlite or honeycomb paper, using a casting method.
5. Door structure: The door leaf is designed to be no less than 50mm thick, and the connection with the door frame uses a professional sealing structure.

2. Door frame
1. The door frame should be made of high-quality electrogalvanized steel plate, with a plate thickness not less than 1.5mm
2. The door frame is an integrated bent CNC machine tool, with an airtight groove at the junction with the door leaf. The sealing strip is embedded inside the groove to prevent external scratches. 3. Hardware installation areas such as door frame lock stoppers, hinges, and door closers are equipped with built-in screw reinforcement plates, with reinforcement plates 3-5mm thick
4. Surface treatment: electrostatic powder coating; some colors require baking paint. Strong coloring, resistant to oxidation and peeling.
3. Hardware
1. The hinge is a stainless steel butterfly-shaped bearing hinge, fixed with screws.
The door leaf hinge rotates smoothly without any obstruction.
2. Lock uses stainless steel fire-resistant handle locks.
After years of experience and professional in-house automatic door opener equipment testing, the installation and use of these locks and hardware are fully compliant.
Locks and door closers can be provided by the customer or specified by the brand.
3. Sealing strips: PVC sealing strips are installed around the door frame (only 3 sides of the 3-sided frame), and fireproof and smoke-proof strips are installed on all 3 sides of the door leaf.
All frames and sashes are equipped with protective films, which must be removed before final acceptance
