Its core wind resistance reaches 7845Pa, can withstand level 12 typhoons, and covers up to 15 meters in height and up to 20 meters. Integrates anti-pry, dustproof, soundproof, and thermal insulation functions, with bottom sealing strips and aluminum alloy rails for enhanced durability. Supports electric, manual, and remote control operation, suitable for slope or corner installation sites, opening and closing speed of 2-9 meters per minute, power supply compatible with 220-380V/50Hz. Compared to traditional rolling shutter doors, its wind-resistant hook design solves problems such as curtain panels easily blown off and ground troughs easily clogging. For coastal typhoon and inland sandstorm regions, the high-strength anti-air doors and wind-resistant panels are made from high-strength galvanized sheets with one-time cold rolling, offering high strength, good rigidity, and a robust structure. The guide rails have wind-resistant hooks to ensure the panels do not detach from the rails in strong winds, providing typhoon resistance, pry resistance, rainproofing, moisture resistance, noise insulation, cold resistance, insulation, sun protection, and wind and sand protection. The track uses Shanghai Baosteel’s hot-dip galvanized steel plate, with a wind-resistant 120mm track design and a thickness of 2.0mm, coated with electrostatic powder coating. The track is equipped with soundproof sealing strips for low noise.
The drive system adopts a large drive shaft design with specially equipped auxiliary drive wheels to reduce operating noise, ensure the door curtain stays straight when the door is closed, and minimize door vibration.
